Justin Scroggs born and raised in Pekin (Marquette Heights) is now a 40-year-old with two sons and a girlfriend that he loves dearly and avid pool player involved in many leagues and tournaments is having an ongoing medical issues in 2016 Justin suffered from a heart attack compromising his heart which warranted a placement of a defibrillator it became severely infected and had to be surgically replaced and moved. Last year He suffered double pneumonia was septic had 10 pounds of water surrounding his heart and was placed on breathing treatments and more medication and was unable to keep employment. Justin is severe heart failure, and is making his way through all necessary protocols to be placed on the heart transplant list. Come on down and help us support Justin during this time.
