The Chillicothe Optimist Club honored a $1,000 scholarship each to Brendan Adler, who will attend ISU in Normal, and Elaine Grant, who will attend UIS in Springfield. Both Brendan & Elaine graduated from IVC in May 2022. Wishing them both success in college this fall.
