Bill Stoops is seen here distributing candy for the Chillicothe Lions Club Candy Days on the corner of Sante Fe and Truitt. This is one of the fund raisers that the Lions Club uses to raise money for local area charitable causes. Lions Clubs work to help the visually impaired and those with hearing problems. It also helps with a host of local charitable causes and provides scholarships for scholastic and trades students as well.
