American Red Cross Blood Drive

The 2022 Annual American Red Cross Blood Drive in honor of Lori Montgomery’s grandson, Kacer, who was diagnosed with kidney cancer at the age of two will be held on November 8th. Kacer endured a year of chemotherapy and radiation and many times he needed blood products to strengthen his system before he could receive treatment. Kacer’s family is so thankful for all who donated blood for his fight. Kacer is now a healthy 10 year old boy attending CEC.
The Blood Drive will be held Tuesday, November 8th from 1pm–6pm at Chillicothe Christian Church, 510 Frances St., Chillicothe. For an appointment, please call the church office at 309-274-4419.
Lori Montgomery is the drive coordinator for this event. They have collected over 408 units of blood from the Chillicothe and surrounding communities since she began as drive coordinator at Chillicothe Christian Church.
