This is one of our family’s favorites. Its quick and easy and can be made the day before.

Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole
 
You will need:
  • 1 30oz. bag of frozen tater tots
  • 16 oz. of diced ham, sausage, bacon, or deer sausage
  • 1 ½ c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 ½ c. milk
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
Pre heat your oven to 375 degrees.

Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with non-stick oil cooking spray.

Place tater tots, your choice of meat, 1 c. of each of your cheeses and toss.

In a bowl, whisk your eggs, milk, sour cream, and seasonings.

Pour mixture over your tater tots,

Bake in your pre-heated over for 45 minutes until golden brown.

Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and return to oven for 5 more minutes until golden brown, puffy, and set in the middle.

You can make this the night before and placed in refrigerator the night before up to 12 hours.
