For the health and safety of our citizens, the Chillicothe Municipal Waterworks is gathering information mandated by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency regarding the material of water service lines entering each home within the corporate boundaries of the City of Chillicothe.

We are asking all property owners and or renters to provide the material of the water service line entering inside your home. (i.e. copper, plastic,  galvanized, lead). To submit information please complete the simple four-question form that may be found on our
