Rhubarb
Strawberry Cake

 Ingredients:
 3 eggs
 2 cups sugar
 ¾ cup butter
 1 teaspoon vanilla
 2 cups flour
 1 cup rhubarb chopped small
 2 cups fresh strawberries chopped small

 Beat the eggs 5 to 7 minutes until they form ribbons when the beaters are lifted.

 Add butter and vanilla, mix for 2 minutes.

 Add sugar, flour, rhubarb, and strawberries.

Bake in a 9 x 13 cake pan at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.

 Dust with powdered sugar after the cake has cooled.
