Optimistically Speaking - July 2023
It has been a whirlwind couple of months for the Optimists! The end of May was our annual garage sale at the Casting Club, then the first weekend in June was our Home Run Festival. The next week we followed up with our yearly flag day! The money from the garage sale and the flag sales will go to fund the scholarships that we give out at IVC each year and to fund area children’s programs. The money we raised at the Home Run Festival will all go to St. Jude this year. All of our fundraisers were a huge success because of YOU supporting our efforts. Thank you one and all from the bottom of our hearts!
