Sweetwater Kitchen & Cocktails celebrated their ribbon cutting by the Chillicothe Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, July 19th. Nat Zich, the owner, is shown cutting the ribbon. Sweetwater Kitchen is located at 13637 N. Riverbeach Dr. in Rome. The building was formerly known as River Beach Pub. The chamber’s monthly luncheon was held immediately following the ribbon cutting. Nat thanked the members for attending and commented on her appreciation of the community’s support of her first business in Chillicothe, Nat’s Place, which allowed her to open this second business in the area. Sweetwater offers fun and unique cuisine, tiki-style cocktails, a soon-to-be-famous Rhum Punch Brunch, a river view, and outdoor dining. Current hours are Wednesday through Sunday 4pm – 10pm; closed Monday and Tuesday.
