The Chillicothe Historical Society commissioned professional artist, sculptor and writer, Peter Poplaski to render historical elements of Chillicothe history to be displayed on the 2nd floor of Little Shop of Hoarders. The sketches were approved by the Chillicothe Historical Society and the window banners were created and installed by Owens Design Group. The center window depicts the character Zorro whose author, Johnston McCulley, was a Chillicothe Township High School graduate in 1901.
