Olivia is the daughter of Traig and Megan Cheney and she resides in Chillicothe with her parents and her sister, Lorelei.  She is a fourth grader at St. Edward Catholic School and is a dancer for Cami’s Dance Studio in Chillicothe where she is also a member of the CDS Dance Competition Team.  On Saturday, July 8th, Olivia was one of seven little girls ages 6–8 years old vying for the title of Little Miss Heart of Illinois at Expo Gardens in Peoria.  The girls were judged in interviews, modeling a party dress, stage presence, and a pop question.  Olivia won the title and was crowned Little Miss Heart of Illinois 2023 and served as an ambassador for the 2023 Heart of Illinois Fair along with her Miss and Junior Miss Queens.  Over the next year, she will travel to neighboring county fairs and fair queen pageants, participate in County Fair Days at the Illinois State Fair, ride in parades, attend local events, and be a presence in local communities promoting the Heart of Illinois Fair and the Queen Pageant.  Olivia is looking forward to this amazing experience and the opportunity to be a role model for other little girls in the Heart of Illinois.
