Arcadia Care purchased Heritage Health Therapy & Senior Care on July 1st. The new name for the facility is ARC at Chillicothe. Dovid Seitler is the CEO and owns 13 facilities in the State of Illinois. There was an Open House and Ribbon Cutting on August 17th. Cutting the ribbon was Shelly Urnikis, Administrator. On her right is Don White, President of the Chillicothe Chamber and Mayor Mike Hughes is on her left.
