It just wouldn’t be Thanksgiving without my mother’s Cranberry-Orange Relish! It is quick and easy. You will not want to stop eating it.
 

Cranberry-Orange Relish

Ingredients:
 
One 12-ounce package of fresh cranberries
2 oranges peeled
1 cup sugar
½ cup pecans
 
Using a food processor, pulse the cranberries and oranges together
 
Transfer the chopped fruit to a 1-quart bowl and add ½ cup sugar, and stir into the mix.
 
Add more sugar to taste, the sweetness of the oranges will vary.
 
Add your chopped pecans
 
Chill for 1 hour and serve
 
Will make about 2 cups.
