I always enjoy finding businesses that have survived the test of time. I marvel at the people who have overcome many obstacles and challenges to maintain and grow a business. In Chillicothe, one of those businesses is the “Hair Company” located at 1026 N. 2nd Street. 

When Sandi Levell was in high school, she enjoyed doing her friend’s hair before dances and homecomings. She said she simply always enjoyed styling and cutting hair and never intended to do anything else. Later she even taught her talents for 5 years to others who were seeking a career. Now almost 50 years later, she is still enjoying her profession and has no intention of stopping anytime soon. Sandi’s daughter, Tommorra, works in the business, too. Tommorra has been working with Sandi for 27 years and she too is content. 

This is a long time and a whole lot of hair. Congratulations Sandi, that is a true milestone.
