Three Sisters Park has volunteer opportunities. Spring Planting Days, April 23 – 25, 2024, is an annual event in which schools bring 5th – 7th grade students to learn about farming in 1918 with six hands-on stations. They need volunteers to assist the lead presenters in running each of the stations. Contact Susan Bobbitt at [email protected] or call 309-258-5260.

Arc at Chillicothe, located at 1028 Hillcrest Dr., is looking for volunteers on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2–3pm. Our residents need help playing Bingo. If you could spare the time we would greatly appreciate it, even if you could only do it once a week or even once a month. Please call Missy at (309) 846-1239 with any questions. 

Chillicothe Chamber Ambassadors: We are looking for volunteers who would like to become Chamber Ambassadors. You don’t need to be a Chamber member to serve as an ambassador. As an Ambassador, you can assist in running Chamber events, attend Chamber Ribbon Cuttings, attend our bi-monthly Business After Hours events, and help promote new members and the Chamber in general.
