The Chillicothe Voice

IVC High School’s Theatre Department proudly presents "Big Fish"

Students have been rehearsing since early January, and are excited to present such a charming and poignant musical filled with twists and turns.

The story centers on Edward, played by Nathan Horn, a traveling salesman, and his son, Will, played by Robert Clausing. Edward has always told stories to his son, and Will is left confused and tries to discover who his dad really is. Along the way, we meet a giant, a witch, a mermaid, and many colorful characters, including the love of Edward’s life, Sandra, played by Cailin Callahan.

The music in Big Fish is simply stunning. Songs range from toe-tapping numbers, such as Be the Hero, to a tap dance number, Red, White & True, to a beautifully powerful song, How It Ends.

Come experience life, love, and loss along with the Bloom family and see Big Fish!
