Trish, a loving mom, sister, aunt, grandma, and friend, passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2024 at the age of 80. 

She is preceded in death by her parents Richard J. "R.J" and Mildred Schuckenbrock (Hunt) as well as her brothers Larry Schuckenbrock and Jim Schuckenbrock. 

Trish was born in Mexico, MO on July 11, 1944, and she was a devoted teacher for 44 years with 33 years at Ridge Circle Elementary School in Streamwood, IL. She had a genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of all children. She had an engaging wit, an innate ability to connect with her students wherever they were in life, and an incredible heart that made each one feel special. Upon retiring, she devoted her time to volunteering at St. Matthew Catholic Church in Schaumburg, IL. 

Surviving are her children, Todd Maurer and Jaime Tull (Clinton); siblings, Carol Schuckenbrock Bregenzer, Dave Schuckenbrock, and Joan Schuckenbrock; and was also blessed by many special family members — great aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and their families that were dearly loved.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Trish's name may be made to St. Jude Research Hospital or Boys Town.
