Ingredients:

3 eggs

1 c. sugar

1 c. packed brown sugar

3 sticks real butter

3 c. flour

2 tsp. vanilla extract

½ to 1 c. walnuts or pecans

(I like a lot of nuts in mine)

1 ½ tsp. baking soda

4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

¾ tsp. salt

Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a large mixing bowl add your butter and both sugars. Blend until they are creamy.
  • Add your eggs and vanilla and beat till light and fluffy.
  • In a separate bowl mix your flour, salt, and baking soda. Gradually add your flour mixture to your wet ingredients.
  • Add your chocolate chips and nuts.
  • I like to use the bigger cookie scoop {I like big cookies}.
  • Place cookie dough on parchment paper on your cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly brown.

Enjoy!
