What’s Happening in Chillicothe... November 2024

Oct 29, 2024 10:48AM ● By the City of Chillicothe

November marks the beginning of a new tradition with a holiday event called Nikolausmarkt. This is a German inspired holiday market being held in City Park. It will run the same weekend as the Christmas parade.

The City of Chillicothe offers yard waste burning from October 1st through December 15th. Check the City’s website under the “Residents” menu, then “Burning Schedule” for full details. The Moffitt yard waste drop off is an alternative to burning. In November the hours are as follows: Mondays 4pm-6pm, Wednesdays 10am-noon, and 4pm-6pm. Saturday’s 8am-1pm. November 27th 2024 is the last day to drop off yard waste.
