Here is what has been happening on the IVC scene…

IVCHS students had a great October with all of the Homecoming events!  Thank you to everyone who came out to support our students, school, and community at the skit night and bonfire, parade, and football game!  It looked like record attendance at these events!  We really appreciate your interest in our activities.

IVCHS also held a spirit week and bake sale to raise awareness and funds for Project Sleep Tight. All funds raised were donated to the Cuddles With Kindness Foundation. 

The IVC National Honor Society inducted new members into the organization on Thursday, October 17th. 

Coming up this month, the IVC Theater Department will be presenting “The End of the World (with Prom to Follow)” by Sean Abley on Thursday, November 14, Friday, November 15, and Saturday, November 15. The play begins at 7pm. Doors open at 6:30pm. Thank you in advance for your support of this event!

Once again, IVCHS thanks our Chillicothe community for your continued support of our sports and activities. To access schedules for sporting events and activities, please see the IVC district website: www.ivcschools.com and select your student’s school and calendar to view the many events that are scheduled through the month of November. The website has some minor changes. To view sporting events, click the “More” button in the upper right corner of the IVCHS webpage and then click the “Athletics” button to view the calendar of daily and upcoming competitions. Go Ghosts!

Wednesday, November 27 - Friday, November 29: No School (Thanksgiving Break)

Saturday, December 7: Morning with Mrs. Claus (9am at IVCHS)

Sunday, December 8: IVC Winter Band Concert at 3pm. IVC Christmas Choir Concert 

Wednesday, December 11: Early Release for School Improvement Planning (IVCHS releases at 10:45am.)

Saturday, December 14 - Sunday, December 15: Madrigal Dinner

Friday, December 20: Early Release for Winter Break (IVCHS releases at 10:45am.) End of Fall Semester
