Here is what is happening on the IVC scene this January…

On Saturday, December 7th, the IVC Student Council hosted nearly 100 preschool through third-grade students for a morning with Mrs. Claus. IVC’s young guests were able to participate in crafts, cookie decorating, games, and a reading by Mrs. Claus. IVC Student Council would like to thank our community for their continual support in their activities. It is always a highlight to share the holiday season and spirit with the youngest students in our district!

On Sunday, December 8th, the IVC Band and Choir programs held their annual winter concerts. It is always amazing to see the talent of our IVC High School students in our music programs. If you missed this performance, you can mark your calendars for IVC District Jazz Fest on Wednesday, February 12, 2025.

On Saturday, December 14th, and Sunday, December 15th, 2024, the IVC Choir Department hosted hundreds of guests for the annual Madrigal dinner. Guests were delighted with wonderful songs, delicious food, good cheer, and various acts to entertain all. Congratulations to all involved with this hugely popular and successful event, and thank you to everyone who continues to support the IVC Fine Arts Department.

IVCHS homerooms also competed during the last weeks of the fall semester to bring in as many canned goods as possible to support the Community Needs Agency. IVC hopes that everyone had a happy and healthy winter break!  Happy New Year!

It is hard to believe, but the fall semester 2024 has come to an end!  How fast time flies!  Seniors…only one semester to go…make it your best!

The website has some minor changes. To view sporting events, click the “More” button in the upper right corner of the IVCHS webpage and then click the “Athletics” button to view the calendar of daily and upcoming competitions. Go Ghosts!
