IVC just wrapped up a month of awesome events…Senior Retreat, the theater production of Bye Bye Birdie, German NHS inductions, conferences, Senior Honors Night Banquet, and a much needed spring break!  IVC students are now rested and ready to tackle the rest of the school year!

April brings many awesome and memory-filled events to the student body!  Next year’s cheerleaders will be selected on Friday, April 4th. IVC will be hosting the Princess Project event on Saturday, April 5th for area children to enjoy princess-themed activities and interact with characters. IVC is hosting its first “Mr. IVC” contest on Sunday, April 6th at 6pm. We will keep you posted on the results!   

Friday, April 11th, IVC Choir students will showcase their talents in the Spotlight Concert starting at 7pm. Saturday, April 12th, IVC’s junior class is hosting prom at Venue Chisca at 8pm. On Tuesday, April 15th, IVC juniors, sophomores and freshmen will be taking the ACT/Pre-ACT during school hours. 

IVC’s Everyday Leadership will be hosting a Red Cross Blood Drive on Friday, April 25th from 8am-1pm. We would love to have community members join us for this event. Please call the IVC office to make an appointment. 

Lastly, IVC will host its second annual Cystic Fibrosis Walk-A-Thon to kick off their cystic fibrosis fundraising week. This event will be held at Taylor Field on Sunday, April 27th from 1pm - 4pm. The following week at school will include many opportunities to support the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, including the annual lunch auction and assembly held on Friday, May 2nd. We would like to thank our Chillicothe community in advance for all of their support through our many events. You have helped us make a difference in the lives of CF patients and CF research efforts!
