Chillicothe Circle of Service

Service Committee members Jeanette Timmons (L) and Pat Parr (R) delivered Easter gift cards to CNA President Darlene Kumpf.

Service Committee members Pat Parr and Jeanette Timmons presented CNA Director Darlene Kumpf with twenty - $25 Kroger gift cards which were included in Community Needs Agency's Easter baskets distributed the week before Easter. This donation allowed families receiving the baskets to purchase perishable items for their Easter dinner.

Members supported the Spring Planting 2025 event held at Three Sisters Park in late April, volunteering at several of the six stations (harnessing, plowing, planting, harvesting, shelling corn and corn germination) and helping with the lunchtime games. With more than 400 students attending, it takes a lot of volunteers; and we're thankful for all the ladies who helped.

Residents at The Arc of Chillicothe enjoy shopping one day per month at their "Little Store," choosing two articles they need or would like to have at no cost to them. In April our members contributed a large number of items for the store, replenishing things that were no longer available. Included in the donation were beanie babies, colored pencils and markers, socks, lotions, deodorants, notepads, toothpaste, word search books, candy bars, and other goodies that those living at The Arc appreciate. Thanks to our members for their support!
