Lets Make an Easy Shrimp Boil!


Ingredients:

4 ears of corn cut in half

2 bags of small baby red potatoes

2 rings of Cajan sausage (or your favorite sausage)

1 stick butter (sliced)

2 lb bag of cooked, peeled, and deveined tail-on shrimp

½ cup Old Bay seasoning

salt and pepper

olive oil

2 whole lemons


Directions:

Use a large foil pan (20.75 x 12.75 inches)

Place your 8 pieces of corn in the pan

Add your 2 bags of baby potatoes

Cut your 2 rings of sausage into pieces, add to the pan

Add your slices of butter to the pan

Add your bag of shrimp 

Sprinkle in your Old Bay Seasoning (you can add more if your like)

Salt and pepper to taste

Drizzle with olive oil

Add the juice of 1 lemon

Mix together so everything is covered

Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes until potatoes are done or you can use your smoker or grill.

Add lemon slices.
