Cooking With Vickie Britton – A Simple Salad for Summer

Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
¼ cup sugar
2 bunches of green onions
1 head of cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
½ pound of bacon fried crisp
8 oz. Shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Fry bacon crisp, cool and cut into small pieces
- Cut your broccoli, cauliflower, and green onions into small pieces
- Place in a large bowl
- Add your bacon and shredded cheese, toss together
- In a small bowl, mix your mayonnaise, sugar, and sour cream
- Add the mixture to your vegetables
- Mix well, refrigerate one hour
