Scott, 64, of Chillicothe, IL, died on Friday, September 5, 2025, at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago.

Scott was born on August 8, 1961, in Peoria, IL. He married Lori Lovin in Galveston, TX, on November 3, 2007.

He is survived by his wife of nearly 18 years, Lori Radley; son, Garrett (Cat) Kennedy; daughters, Cortney (Jacob) Siekmann and Jessie (Kaleb Rynerson) Kennedy; and grandchildren: Aiden, Lillian, Oliver, and Hudson. Scott is further survived by his parents, Frank and Shirley Radley; brothers: Ron (Trudy) Wright, Kenny (Mindi) Radley, and Charlie Radley; nieces: Tori, Kendra, Emily, and Lindsey; and nephews: Justin, Josh, and Christopher.

Scott was preceded in death by his sister, Sheila Kircher. 

He graduated from IVC in 1979. Scott worked at Caterpillar for 26 years as an HVAC technician. When he wasn’t working, he could usually be found working on something in his garage.

Scott loved motorcycles and traveled the country on his. His family and friends were always his top priority. Scott touched so many and will be deeply missed.
