Here is what is happening on the IVC scene this December…

On Saturday, December 6th, IVC Student Council will be sponsoring a “Morning with Mrs. Claus.”  Young students in the district will enjoy treats, crafts, games, and a special visit with Mrs. Claus to help celebrate the holiday season!

On Sunday, December 7th, the IVC Band will have a concert beginning at 3pm followed by an IVC Choir concert at 5:30pm.

There will be an early release on Wednesday, December 10th for school improvement planning. IVC High School students will be released at 10:45 a.m. On this same evening, German students will return to school to celebrate Weihnachtsessen. 

On Saturday, December 13th and Sunday, December 14th, the IVC Choir will present the Madrigal dinner. 

Students will wrap up their learning for the first semester on Friday, December 19th and enjoy an early release schedule to begin their winter break. IVC High School students will be released at 10:45am. We hope everyone enjoys the winter break, and we will see students back on IVC’s campus on Tuesday, January 6, 2026!

It is that time of year to cheer on IVC’s winter sports!  To access schedules for sporting events and activities, please see the IVC district website: www.ivcschools.com and select your student’s school and calendar to view the many events that are scheduled through the month of November. To view sporting events at IVCHS, click the “More” button in the upper right corner of the IVCHS webpage and then click the “Athletics” button to view the calendar of daily and upcoming competitions.
