Cooking With Vickie Britton – Happy New Year! Let’s make an easy chicken dinner!

Olive Garden Italian Chicken


Ingredients

1.5-2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breast

8 oz. of the Olive Garden Italian dressing

1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

½ tsp. black pepper

½ tsp. of parsley

¼ cup of melted butter

8 oz. Chicken broth

4oz. heavy cream

8 oz. block of full-fat cream cheese

16 oz. bag of penne pasta


Directions

Add your chicken breast to the bottom of your crockpot.

In a separate bowl, mix the Olive Garden Italian dressing, cream, butter, broth, parmesan, pepper, and parsley until combined.

Pour the mixture over your chicken.

Place the cream cheese on top.

Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 5-6 hours.

When the chicken is tender, shred with 2 forks.

Cook your pasta and drain well.

Add the pasta to your chicken and mix well.

You can sprinkle with some extra Parmesan cheese.
