Here is what is happening on the IVC scene this January…
IVC High School students will be returning to class on January 6th to a new year with new goals!  IVC Seniors will be returning to school with one semester left in their high school careers. Let’s make it count!  Make new friends!  Enjoy old friends!  Try a new sport or activity!  Enroll in a new class!  Support your schoolmates at a sporting event!  Now is the time to make every day a great day to be an IVC Grey Ghost! 

The spring musical at IVCHS will be Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Tryouts will be Wednesday, January 7th and Thursday, January 8th. 

There will be no school on Monday, January 19, 2026 in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. 

There will be an early release of IVCHS on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at 10:45 a.m. for school improvement planning.

Thursday, January 29 through Saturday, January 31, IVC’s All State Musicians will be recognized and perform at the Peoria Civic Center.

Lastly, on Saturday, January 31, IVC will host its annual Swing dance from 8-11pm. Start thinking about what you will wear, where you will eat, and who you spend your time with!
