Quick Mexican Dip
This is one of my favorites, ENJOY.

INGREDIENTS:
1 Bag of Original Doritos
2 pounds of ground beef 
2 12oz cans of red enchilada sauce
1 12oz can of refried beans
1 12 oz can of corn 
½ cup of jalapenos
1 package of taco seasoning (mild or hot) 
2 cups Mexican blend cheese
1 bag of chips for dipping

DIRECTIONS: Lightly crush a bag of Doritos and place on the bottom of the crockpot. Add 2 pounds of cooked ground beef and then pour 2 cans of enchilada sauce over the beef. Spread the can of refried beans over top. Drain 1 can of corn and sprinkle over top. Add ½ cup of jalapenos (if desired). Sprinkle 1 package of taco seasoning mix over top. Add 2 cups of your Mexican blend cheese.hot

Cook for ½ hour on high until everything is hot.

OPTIONS: Tomato, onions, or sour cream
