Judithe, age 84, of Washington, passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at her home.

Judithe was born on June 24, 1941 in Mossville, IL to George W. and Evelyn (Dickison) Keehner.

Surviving is her friend and companion, Dale Spooner of Washington and her beloved cat, Golden Baby Boy and Jo Dickisen a cousin on her mother’s side.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William Rexford; and her beloved cat of 17 years, Marlin Blue.

Judithe obtained a Master’s Degree in Dance Education from South Florida Dance Educators and was a Professional Ballroom Dancer and Instructor.  She co-owned the Rexford Dance Studio and more recently taught dance for the Washington Park District.  Growing up she attended Mossville United Methodist Church.

Cremation rites will be accorded and a memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 11am at Weber-Hurd Funeral Home in Chillicothe with visitation beginning at 10am.  Burial of ashes will follow next to her parents at LaSalle Cemetery.
