Caramel Apple Cake
Let’s Make a Warm Caramel Apple Cake
INGREDIENTS:
2/3 cups sugar
½ cups milk
¾ cups brown sugar
½ tsp. cinnamon
2 medium apples, peeled and sliced – about 2 cups
1 cup boiling water
DIRECTIONS:
- Heat your oven to 350
- Mix Bisquick and the granulated sugar in a med bowl
- Stir in milk
- Pour into a sprayed 9 x 9 x 2 pan
- Top with apples
- Stir together brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples
- Pour the boiling water over the apples
- Bake 55-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped topping
