Caramel Apple Cake
Let’s Make  a Warm Caramel Apple Cake

INGREDIENTS:
 
1 ½  cups Bisquick
2/3 cups sugar
½ cups milk
¾ cups brown sugar
½ tsp. cinnamon
2 medium apples, peeled and sliced – about 2 cups
1 cup boiling water

DIRECTIONS:
  • Heat your oven to 350
  • Mix Bisquick and the granulated sugar in a med bowl 
  • Stir in milk
  • Pour into a sprayed 9 x 9 x 2 pan
  • Top with apples
  • Stir together brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples
  • Pour the boiling water over the apples
  • Bake 55-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
  • Serve warm with ice cream or whipped topping
