Sunday, May 3rd was Mr. Chapman’s final band concert, and many alumni and current students honored him by performing a song written in Mr. Chapman’s honor. It was a wonderful event and a great send-off to a teacher who has impacted the lives of so many students over the years!

May saw the seniors’ last day of high school and their final walk through the halls of their former grade schools and IVCHS!  Senior students were also celebrated at Honors Night with awards and local scholarships! Again, thank you to all of the community members who continue to support IVCHS graduates with scholarships each year! Lastly, IVCHS seniors graduated on Saturday, May 16th, 2026.

IVCHS students had their last day of school on Wednesday, May 20th, and they are currently on summer break!  We look forward to meeting the Class of 2030 as the freshmen (and all IVCHS students) begin the 2026-2027 school year on Wednesday, August 12, 2026!  We hope to see everyone at Back to School Night on Monday, August 10, 2026. We welcome everyone to come and meet teachers, organize school supplies in lockers, walk schedules, and find classrooms!  Here’s to a great summer break!
