Cooking With Vickie Britton – Taco Pasta Bake

Lets Make a Quick Taco Pasta Bake

INGREDENTS:

1 lb. ground beef, chicken, or turkey

1 10 oz. can RoTel diced tomatoes with green chilies

1 medium onion chopped

1 green bell pepper chopped

1 small can of Tomato paste

1 pkg. of Taco seasoning

1 12 oz. bag of large pasta shells

1 32 oz box of beef broth

1 bag of Mexican blend cheese

  • In a 9x13 casserole dish add your cooked beef, turkey, or chicken.
  • Add your Rotel tomatoes, green pepper, and onion.
  • Add a pkg of taco seasoning.
  • Add your uncooked pasta and your box of beef broth.
  • Mix well.
  • You can add red bell pepper, corn, or jalapeno
  • Place in a 350 preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with your Mexican cheese blend and return to the oven. Remove when cheese is melted.
  • Serve with some sour cream and your favorite chips.

This is one of my family’s favorite quick meals.
